Any special instructions (further benefit to, further benefit account number, or other references)

Information required for international wire transfers:

Beneficiary Name and Address
Beneficiary's account number
Beneficiary Bank name and bank SWIFT number
Currency Type (do you want the funds delivered in US Dollars or another currency)
Any special instructions (further benefit to, further benefit account number, or other references)
